Istanbul Stock Exchange started the day positively: Which stocks rose at the opening?

The BIST 100 index started the day with a 0.43% increase at 10,625.38 points and continued its upward trend after the opening. Yesterday, the index finished the day at 10,580.26 points, marking a 1.36% rise. Throughout the day, it saw a low of 10,470.61 points and a high of 10,620.88 points, gaining 141.93 points compared to the previous close. The index's dollar-based price currently stands at $289.03.

Among the 48 sectoral and national indices traded on Borsa Istanbul, 31 closed positively while 17 experienced losses. The banking sector led the gains with a 2.84% increase, while the BIST Denizli index saw the largest drop at 3.10%. Out of the 100 stocks included in the BIST 100, 59 gained value and 40 lost. The total trading volume was 146.2 billion TL, representing 76.13% of the total market trading volume.
