Ege Endüstri (EGEEN), İnnosa Yazılım, Biotrend, İmaş Makina, and Özata Denizcilik have recently signed new agreements and partnerships, leading to significant developments in the Istanbul Stock Exchange. Additionally, under the Volatility-Based Precautionary System (VBTS), trading restrictions have been imposed on certain stocks.

Ege Endüstri has extended its long-term agreement with a U.S.-based commercial vehicle manufacturer until December 31, 2035, enhancing its export capabilities. Meanwhile, İnnosa Yazılım signed a software development and support contract worth 52.87 million TL with İzmir Metropolitan Municipality. Biotrend and Freepoint Eco-Systems are establishing a joint venture for waste plastic processing, targeting a capacity of 60,000 tons annually. IMAŞ Makina has secured a contract for a flour mill setup in Europe, while Özata Denizcilik has inked a $3 million ship repair contract, aiming to boost operational income and global service capacity.
