The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey's foreign currency reserves increased by 3 billion dollars.
Foreks - The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) has seen an increase in foreign exchange reserves after two consecutive weeks of decline. According to the CBRT's weekly data, for the week ending March 7, foreign exchange reserves rose by $3.045 billion, decreasing from $94.757 billion to $97.802 billion.
Gold reserves also increased, rising from $70.659 billion to $72.112 billion. Consequently, total reserves climbed from $165.416 billion to $169.915 billion. Net international reserves, which were $68.389 billion the previous week, surged by $5.875 billion to reach $74.264 billion in the reported week.
